There are two homes located on the ranch, a custom well designed barndominium consisting of 2 BR, 3 BA with a study, that can be a third bedroom, and a 3 BR and 2 BA manufactured home. The entire barndominium is 3,200 sq-ft and the living area boasts stained concrete floors, solar screens, custom cabinets, large closets and pantry, solid counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Covered porches wrap around three sides of the living space and two large roll up doors give ample access to the remainder of the insulated barn. The barndominium is landscaped with a sprinkler system and the yard is fenced into two sections. Also located on the ranch is a shooting range along with 4 hunting blinds and 3 feeders.
An Edwards Aquifer water well, with it’s newly installed submersible pump and 3,000 gallon reservoir, supplies water to both the homes and the ponds. The water system has triple redundancy and fail-safe features to help protect it. The land consists of fertile fields, wooded pastures, and over 200 mature Live Oak trees through-out.
Some equipment conveys such as a 2004 Case tractor JX95 plus 12 implements/attachments, farm shed/carport, and a Conex container with electricity.
