The Simmang Ranch is located on Highway 173 in Medina County, at the beginning of the Texas Hill Country, approximately 11 miles north of Hondo and 17 miles south of Bandera, the Texas Cowboy Capital of the World.
This scenic ranch boasts a hunting cabin with electricity, water well, and a barn with portable pens. The Verde Creek, with its small spring, transverses the property, partitioning the ranch into 11 acres on the west of the creek and 42 acres on the east. Large live oaks, cedar, mesquite, mountain laurels and other native plants cover the entire ranch.
