The Twin Hollow Ranch is situated in one of the most scenic areas of the Texas Hill Country. The ranch is located four miles off FM 462 at the end of Private Road 235 and roughly 15 miles south of Tarpley and 17 miles north of Hondo and the South Texas Regional Airport.
This picturesque recreational and working ranch
consists of fertile pastures, lower valleys, and rolling hills with gorgeous vistas. The entire ranch is high fenced and has been extensively cleared of cedar for many decades and is covered with an abundance of live oaks and native brush. Water on the ranch consist of two water wells and three water troughs which have been strategically placed throughout the property. Also located on the ranch is a smaller camp house.

Like other significant ranches in the area, the ranch is subject to a conservation easement protecting the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone and preserving the natural terrain.
